Condition Back Lower (Lumbar) Sciatica
Current Status and How Case Started

It came on slowly no accident or any known reason that caused it. I got an MRI that showed the two lowest disks hemmoraging and pinching the sciatic nerve. Ps. I also walk with a slight pigon toe ( left foot points inwards)
