Case Summary  |  Arthritis in Hip

I started to have pain in my right hip, and visited my doctor. She feels it is arthritis from my age, and told me to rest my legs to reduce the pain, while starting a regimen of ibuprofen and stretching exercises. I am also on a modified calorie intake diet (lost 3 pounds) to help reduce the weight on my hips. My hip feels less painful now (the ibuprofen helps a lot).
