Case Summary | Back Problem
| Condition | Back Lower (Lumbar) Spondylolisthesis |
| Case Description | While in high school I was diagnosed with a spondylolisthesis. To determine that I had this condition I had to go through mri's and x-ray's. When I found out, I was prescribed vicodin, sent to physical therapy, and told to miss a season of tennis. The vicodin did not do much to help the pain. Physical therapy however helped by strengthening the core area around my lower back. I have maintained the core strengthening exercises and very rarely have pain in my back. |
