Case Summary | Bicycle accident leads to rotary cuff injury
| Condition | Shoulder Rotator Cuff Injury |
| Case Description | It's been almost two months and there is very little change in the healing and hurting. I suppose the pain is getting better but it's still there everyday. My shoulder still looks swollen but the doctor advised that surgery would probably not help and possibly make things worse for me. I don't know what else I can do, every movement of my shoulder puts pain into it and no amount of advil or ibprofen can take it away. Hopefully time will heal me sooner than later. Anti-inflammotory medication did nothing for my pain even though I thought it would because my shoulder looks to be swollen. It was no help. |

Case History & Details
| Treatment Combo | Pain Killers (Analgesic) + Vicodin Medication + Shoulder Sling |
| Treatment Result | Helped a little |
| Description | The doctor gave me a sling to keep my arm from moving and hurting my shoulder. It was more annoying than anything because it restricted me from doing anything I like to do. I also received a prescription for Vicodin which helped with the pain a lot but I didn't like taking it because it made me feel drowsy and "out of it". |

| Treatment | Change of Sleeping Position |
| Treatment Result | No change |
| Description | It hurt to sleep on the shoulder, obviously, so I changed my sleep position which prevented it from hurting by being laid on but did not help otherwise. |
