Case Description

Chronic migraine, with occasional episodes with severe intractable vomiting and requiring multiple trips to an emergency room for shots of anti-emetics and narcotic painkillers.

Take SSRIs for panic disorder, amitriptyline as a migraine preventative, and Midrin plus lorazepam as an abortive. Occasionally still need trips to an emergency room for IV medications.
