Case Summary | Constant knee pain
| Condition | Knee Tendinitus |
| Case Description | My right knee has been hurting for over 10 years now with little help. It started when I was training to ride a sponsored ride of several hundred miles. One day it just felt as though someone was taking a knife and cutting me under the knee-cap. Since then I can't ride bikes or ski anymore. Mostly it's fine unless I move my leg wrong standing up or walking and then it's bad again for a while. I've tried physical therapy with heat treatment, ice, anti-inflammatories, exercise, walking, and a knee brace. So far only rest and my knee brace has helped at all. |
