Current Status and How Case Started

Started after back injury at work with cars involving lifting a wheel too heavy. I have had x-rays and all are clear. ACHING: shoulders, back, neck, feet, knees and legs. I worked with cars for three years. It is very uncomfortable that I can't sit still and I do end up feeling sick and exhausted from the pains. My pains can get very very painfully.

X- rays of neck and back, painkillers don't work on the extreme pain, ice cooling sprays don't work, doctor has no idea what it is. Physio didn't work.
