Case Summary  |  Getting Back to Me

Condition General Diabetes, PCOS, Bipolar
Case Description

I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes in 2002. I had and continue to have all the symptoms of high sugar. Unfortunately, my hubby is the only one working right now. We don't have the money for the pills all the time. It's something I have to work on. They don't have enough research but I also have Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, Excessive Testosterone, and bi-polar. I'm on 4 different meds for all this: Metformin, Glyburide, Zoloft, Seroquel. I still am not 100% on board with these diagnosees because what about Metabolic Syndrome? I'm definitely a candidate there. No matter what they tell you, Metformin DOES NOT help (at least me) Ovulation. I very well might be ovulating, but haven't gotten pregnant yet. That is my main concern, since I 35 this year.
