I want to share my treatment results for back pain which I was experiencing for a while. Strange as it may seem, but not ice packs, but hot packs really helped me. Hot pack method has been used historically in many cultures and looks like it still works. It worked for me. According to my own research on medical sites, heat increases blood flow, which deliveres oxygen and nutrients; heat decreases muscle spasms, as a final result decreasing pain.
