Treatments Description

Treatment is ongoing but my doctor suggested going with the less invassive treatments first. The NSAID's do help relieve some of the pain along with the ice. Rest, stretching and Physical Therapy are all helpful. If a flair up is really bad I get Costisone injections. So far these treatments improve my condition.
