Case Summary  |  Inversion table did not work for lower back pain.

I had been suffering from lower back pain for some time, but after I had my daughter it really got worse. My husband bought me a $400 inversion table, but it actually made it worse. While I was on the table, I thought-- wow this feels good. But, I wasn't able to walk without pain for 3 days after.

Rest and NSAIDs pulled me out of that one and now I feel better, but only when I stick with regular yoga and avoid foods that flare up any inflammation issues.
