Treatments Description

I place the ball over IT band and surrounding muscles near the femur head and buttocks. I use my body weight to lean against a wall to pushand roll over the ball.About 15-30 seconds of rolliing provides immediate relief that usually lasts about a day if I am exercising and longer if I am not.

I know people use foam roller for this as well. I found that a hard rubber ball works better.
