| Case Description | While I was playing soccer I heard a stepped awkwardly and heard a pop in my knee. Tried to self treat with Ice and Ibuprofen but swelling was too severe. Followed up with a doctor who suggested surgery almost immediately. After recovery from surgery knee was hugely improved but will never be perfect. Currently try to excercise, wear knee brace if there will be contact, and take supplements to enhance joint health. |
