| Description | Right knee is still not as flexible as the left one. Medial side of the knee can get very sore walking up or down steep hills or doing knee extensions at the gym. Running does not cause pain for about a mile and half as long as its done on soft surface. |

| Description | It took about a year for the kneeto feel normal but not as flexible as before the surgery. It gets very sore during flexion. For example, the stretch where you bring the foot to the buttock. |

| Description | MRI shows damage to medial meniscus of the right knee. Orthopedic surgeon recommends arthroscopic surgery. The surgeon said that he did not remove meniscus, just cleaned up scar tissue. |
