Case Summary | Knee Pain and Eczema
| Condition | Knee Normal Cartilage Wear |
| Case Description | For my knees. I have a little water in my knees. This worsened the normal wear and tear on my joints. I had pain for years. Then I tried some shark cartilage. I recommend a brand that is really refined. After about three weeks of hydrating a lot, then with this vitamin, and going easy on my walking. I haven't had pain since. I got the vitamins at Wal-mart. As for my eczema ( skin condition ), I've had this condition since I was 8 yrs old. So I've learned a thing or two about how to handle it. I can think of the following things that I've done that have helped me manage it over a lifetime. Limit the amount of showers you take in a day, drink lots of water, use hydrocortozone with aloe, keep your stress levels down, only pat dry yourself when you get out of the shower, Use neo or poly sporin whenever possible to keep wounds from getting larger. Use vasaline if needed to keep moisture in. Use bath oil to keep moisture in. Only use Dove soap or unfragranced soap. For my knee pain, I tried shark cartilage. I tried a regular routine of drinking more than enough water, plus not straining my knees and my condition took about three weeks to heal. I only take the shark cartilage 1-2 times a week now and I have not had pain in 4 years. Diet management - I currently eat organic, non fried, non sugar saturated foods. They keep my skin, joints, overall body working great. I have not had pain in quiet a long time. |
