Case Summary  |  knee pain

about 5 months ago, I was playing soccer, while trying to run, my left foot felt into a little hole in the grass and bent my knee, it caused great pain, and had to go to the medic, while with the medic he said it was only a bruised knee cap and the pain came with it, so he gave me Xray and nothing was wrong enough to be sent to surgery, so he gave me some pain killers and NSAID.
later on I was taking vitamins and muscle relaxants for 2 months. and right now im only taking vitamins with extra minerals, and milk, and i am completely healed.
