| Case Description | I have had shifted knee caps as a kid, and throughout my life. It has caused terrible pain and inflammation all around my knee. I have been battling knee tendinitis for years. I take anti inflammatories and go to therapy to keep it loose. I also put ice on both knees to reduce swelling and pain. It makes it manageable. |
