Case Summary | Lower Back Pain
| Condition | Back Lower (Lumbar) Pain |
| Case Description | Ongoing lower back pain due to previous injury to tailbone. Had a Chiropractor do adjustments on a regular basis for awhile, but discontinued treatment. However, one of the home exercises he suggested I try (and that worked) was to lie on the floor on a "noodle" - one of those long float devices we use for kids to play in the pool. For some reason, lying vertically on the noodle actually helps relieve some of the pain. I continue to use this type of exercise (along with stretching) whenever I have been sitting for too long at the computer or in the car. |
