Condition Knee Lack of Meniscus in Medial Compartment
Current Status and How Case Started

The meniscus is cartilage in your knee. I am lacking it and this causes my knee to hurt because the two bones may rub together. My doctor suggested to do stretches that would help stregnthen my knee instead of surgery since I am younger. I have it in both knees and it does hurt still but the stretches help.
