Case Summary  |  My bad knee

Although I'm only 18, I have problems with my left knee. I was going down a twisty slide when I was 10 and a kid sat on my leg as I was going down. My leg twisted until the kneecap popped out of place, and cut the tissue blow it. Scar tissue has built up beneath it, and after strenuous activity it gets agitated. I've tried stretching, hot and cold pads, rub on tylenol. But the only thing that works is rest.
