Case Summary | My Knee Pain - Military Induced
| Condition | Knee Pain |
| Case Description | Being in the army, I am prone to long ruck marches. This put a lot of strain on my joints, especially my knees. When you're carrying 70lbs on your back, you're risking knee damage. The only thing that has truly helped me is heat treatments. I was advised to exercise my knees, which did absolutely nothing. Massage therapy made my feel better, until they stopped. Now I continue to use heat packs on my knees, but they're still messed up. |
