Case Summary | Osteoarthritis of the Knee
| Condition | Knee Osteoarthritis |
| Case Description | I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee. I have had the problem for a few years now, even though I have been healthy all my life. I exercise regularly, take calcium, and have kept my weight within a healthy range. However, there is a history of arthritis in my family. My mother suffers from it and has refused knee surgery. Seeing what she goes through, I am now making preparations to get surgery as soon as I can get back to work and get insurance. |
