Case Summary  |  Osteoarthritis

Condition Knee Osteoarthritis
Case Description

I originally injured my knee in high school sports. When I was sent to the hospital, they didn't really diagnose it as anything and I was released. When I joined the Army, I ran a lot. My knee continued to get worse and worse. I tried physical therapy and it helped a little bit. The best treatment is water exercise. I am continuing this path of exercise because it seems to be the thing that is helping the most.

It seems like the water is a good place to relieve pain in the knee because there is no pressure in the water.
