Case Summary  |  Pain and swelling in my lower right back molar and gums

My back last lower molar was in a lot of pain as is my gums. The gums were swollen up over my tooth and my tongue was also swelling. I went to the emergency room and they prescribed me with penicillin three times daily as well as painkillers to sleep. My swelling has gone down and it has been about a week but my mouth is still really sore and a tad bit swollen. My gums are hard in certain spots. I am a little nervous...
