Case Summary  |  Pinched Nerve iin Middle Back (right side of spine)

I twisted in an awkward position and felt a twinge in my back. I treated it with visits to the chiropractor and he fixed my back alignment and gave me certain stretches to perform. I also treated with ice and heat. I performed the treatment for about a month before i was back to 100%. I have not had any problems before or after the incident.
