Case Summary  |  plantar fasciitis in my left foot

I was treating sesamoiditis, and my doctor gave me high arch orthotics to redistribute the weight and put me in sketchers shape up shoes. . . unfortunately all that pressure on my arch gave me plantar fasciitis issues. i was really pissed so i stopped wearing those orthotics and wearing those shoes. and focused on PT strength and stretching. sometimes after PT i thought i felt more pain, but i believe overall its healing and getting better. i believe that low level stretching at night with a night brace is really helpful, only its uncomfortable to sleep with so bear with it for as long as you can stand it during the night.
