Describe what happened:
I was in a car accident, which was the cause of my diagnosis of Left Rotator Cuff Tendinitis.

How you treated it:
The proceduce performed at Mass General Hospital was called: Left shoulder arthroscopic acromioplasty and debridement.

What's going on today:
As the surgeon promised 85% of the burning pain would be eliminated with this surgery. And he was correct. There is that nagging 15% of the time though, that I will always have to tolerate.

The chiropractic, strapping, massage, using heat, and the home therapies of range of motion & stretching, and the vicodin made the pain even worse.

All the cortisone shots, the pain patches, and the tylenol and percocet prescriptions had no effect whatsoever on my pain.
