| Case Description | Ideveloped lower back pain that was radiating down my leg. I got two cortizone injections about four months apart. It helped every time but after a while the pain returns.Although Idid not have any side effects, I decided not to get the third injection after reading about many side effects where used for a long time. Instead of cortisoneI started regular deep tissue massages and Tai Chi classes. My lower back is feeling really good and it is much stronger. |
