I stil have flare up's of my Sciatica especially now that I am pregnant with my second child it is really acting up and since i dont want to take the vicodin i am relying mostly on swimming and stretching with hot baths to relieve the pain and pressure. I am thankful that over the years it has gotten a little better, the first time it happened i just felt sharp pain down my left side then numbness and my leg gave out on me and i fell down. it is a scarry and painfull ailement
