Case Summary | Severe Back Pain
| Condition | Back Mid (Thoracic) Pain |
| Case Description | Describe what happened, how you treated it, and what's going on today I had almost fallen off a ladder at work and my back started hurting then. I had gone home and put a heating pad on it initially and it helped some, but it hurt pretty bad still. I tried all the above things, but what I found most helpful was icy hot...it worked miracles. I didn`t think to try it until like 2 months after I first got hurt, but once I did try it, my back pain went away after about a week. These helped a whole lot. Once I started using the icy hot, my pain was gone for good in maybe a weeks time. |
