Condition	General Tendonopathy
Case Description	My knee became very stiff, tender, and painful to bend, and swelled. I put an ice pack on it, raised it above my heart when resting, and discontinued my exercise for a few days. After slowly working back up to walking 20 minutes a day, the pain has lessened and the swelling is reduced.
