did physical therapy for a while didn't notice any healing so stopped. darvocet is off the market now it is garbage, and biofreeze woooooooo that stuff burns.

Herniated Lower Back Disks
 Helped a little

Had severe pain in Left Leg and Lower Back. Originally went to Chiropractor to get back relief, but leg pain remained. After an MRI, Surgery was not an option for me, so I opted to loose weight. After dropping 15 pounds, I got significat pain relief.
