Treatment Reviews:  Chiropractic for Back Upper - Neck (Cervical) Herniated Disc in Neck

Consistency in working out, using ergonomic computer tools (good chair, good monitor, keyboard), and going to chiropractor/massage about once every two months is what's keeping my neck in good shape. I still feel pain from time to time, but it's insignificant.

Went to a different chiropractor, recommended by a friend. Over three to four months of visits (4 visits a month), headaches subside and neck pain subsides, but does not go away completely.

Switched chiropractor due to relocation. The new chiropractor eliminated pain completely.

Didnt help

Neck starts hurting. Went to Chiropractor (found through yellow pages); two visits made the pain worse. Extreme headaches.
