Myneck hurts periodically and my doctorgives a prescription to PT.The physical therapist usually does ultrasound, range of motion exercises, and massage. I also apply hot and cold packs until the pain subsides. So far this method has worked for me really well.

I simply have pain in my neck muscles and upper back every day. I have tried physical therapy, medicine, and even counseling, but still struggle with this every day. The physical therapy did work for a time, and exercising does help. I'm not sure where to go from here.
