Hip Tendonitis Treatment
Tendonitis means inflammation of the tendon. The tendon is the structure in the body that connects muscles to the bones.
Tendinitis can occur as a result of injury, overuse or with aging as the tendon loses elasticity. The most common tendon areas that become inflamed are the wrist, elbow, shoulder, leg, hip, knee, ankle, and etc.
