I heard a popping sound in my knee and had pain. Then my knee started swelling. I was diagnosed with an ACL tear. After using these treatments for about two weeks my injury was healed.

This has been an on-going issue for over 20 years. My knee caps didn't develop properly, in a sense I have 1/2 of a knee cap in each leg. I am missing the second "wing" . Unfortunately I have been avoiding partial knee replacement which may be my only option.
