While playing softball collided knee to knee with another outfielder and had a patella fracture as well as acl and mcl tear. Had surgery the next day and continued with months of physical therapy. Still have lingering side effects!

This has been an on-going issue for over 20 years. My knee caps didn't develop properly, in a sense I have 1/2 of a knee cap in each leg. I am missing the second "wing" . Unfortunately I have been avoiding partial knee replacement which may be my only option.
