Glucosamine was worthless and hydrotherapy, combined with yoga and cable weights did not make a difference. I also tried a knee brace, which was not at all helpful. I think different people react differently to situations, so I am just trying to be patient.

The more workouts I did with weights, the worse my knee would feel. The constant pushing a pulling of my knee would cause it to feel worse.
