Original injury occurred doing squats in the gym. A couple of hours after a workout, sharp pain in the medial side of the right knee Rehabilitation through exercises strengthens the muscles, but does not get rid of the pain. Can do many activities including running Treatment: physical therapy Result.

I fell while skiing and hit my knee. I was sent to physical therapy and on crutches and in a knee brace. I currently have pain every once in a while.
