Shoulder Bone Spurs Treatment

I've always had issues with bursitis in my hips and shoulders. About 6 months ago my left shoulder got so bad I couldn't move my arm at all. The cortisone treatment only helps for a few months and they can only give so many. Weight loss doesn't help in the shoulders much and rest just makes the shoulder muscles stiffen up. Regular stretching causes me to do the wrong things causing my shoulder pain to worsen. Diet management helps my mental outlook but does not help with the ....
