Consistency in working out, using ergonomic computer tools (good chair, good monitor, keyboard), and going to chiropractor/massage about once every two months is what's keeping my neck in good shape. I still feel pain from time to time, but it's insignificant.

So far I have found nothing to help with my pain. To this day I can only sleep on one side, and there are many ranges of motion and actions that cause moderate to sever pain. However, I recently was told that I have something that has to be surgically fixed. I am waiting to have my surgery.
