Added more weight training to my rehabilitation and coritsone shots got me back to normal within about 4 weeks

My tendinitis lasted over a year. I took time off initially, iced a lot. I gave up on lifting heavy weights as it was probably what caused in the first place. Now I am doing cable weights and lots of plyometrics. My advice is to lay off anything initially and then start back slowly.
