Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a form of therapy in which the client is treated one-on-one with a therapist. Individual therapy may be more beneficial for a client who is facing difficult situations such as divorce, loss of a family member, unemployment and etc.
Individual therapy may also be more appropriate than a group therapy when a client's problem may be an embarrassing one, so that a client is looking for a privacy of individual therapy.
